Although we would love fast delivery times, we are not responsible for and cannot predict delays in delivery. Please note that we are located in CANADA Vancouver, B.C.

• Within Canada: 3-10 business days
• USA: 5-10 business days
• International shipping could take 6-30 business days depending on the country (tracking can be add-on)
Q2. WHAT ARE THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
- Important! When your shipments are not insured, you agree to waive any claim for lost or damaged goods. Please note that all sales are final. (Shipping insurance link)
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for same product. Must be reported within ten business days of receipt, with photos for proof and parcel tracking link. (Records keeping and for us to file claims for lost parcel from postal service)
Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred. All merchandise are final sale and we do not accept refunds.
Q3. WHO & HOW IT'S MADE?
I used to work as professional graphic & advertising designer (major on digital media & prints), and I created and illustrated all the products on this website. Design/thinking out side the box is my passion, and trying to spreading a bit of joy and happiness through merchandise with my creation♡
All products are designed in Vancouver, BC, there are handmade merchandise and some are made in various countries such as Canada, USA, Taiwan or China. All products and orders are created and hang packed by me & my little one. (sometimes)
Q4. FACETRADE & PICK UP?
Yes, we do. If you live in the lower mainland of Vancouver, B.C and would like to make face trade (with social distant) or pick up from our business partner shop. *There's a section for pick up when checking-out on this website.
- Skytrain stations (Burnaby area)
- Meet up in Burnaby's Metrotown (Indigo entrance, inside the mall)
*Facetrade is to meet up somewhere public for trading/exchange, such as buying things off from marketplace, but instead of meeting at someone's house, we meet outside in a mall or Skytrain area.
Q5. CAN I COMBIN SHIPPING?
Yes, not a problem. Make sure to send me an email at info[@]kawaiiboku.com alone with your order#. Extra shipping fee will be refunded back customer's account, do note final amount will be deducted for paypal and shopify's service fee.
Q6. DO YOU HAVE RETAIL STORES?
Unfortunately not, however you can often find us at local craft shows and anime conventions.
We do have merchandise available at Fur Elise Patisserie. (Super lovely afternoon tea shop & macarons are also available.)
